I am always looking for ways to give my liver a big hug! This drink is vibrant, fun to drink and it’s great for…you guessed it…your liver. The secret ingredient in this recipe is beets. I LOVE beets. I love them, baked, fermented and of course JUICED. My family and I recently went to the farmers market near our house. I literally jumped for joy when I saw a basket full of organic, farm grown beets. So I did what any rational person would do…I bought 8 beets!!! Their color is gorgeous and talk about their amazing health benefits. Beets are high in vitamin C, contain essential minerals that your body needs and lets not forget about the fiber! Generally speaking Beets have a very earthly taste but I promise you will taste nothing but sweet goodness in this juice recipe. This juice is also kid approved.

1 Organic Beet
1 Organic Red Apple
3-4 Organic Whole Carrots
1 Organic Lemon
Handful of Spinach
Small piece of Ginger root (optional)
